The #PCMC and the #PCSCL have jointly undertaken implementation of a #GIS-enabled ERP system to enhance administrative efficiency and expedite the resolution of civic issues.
Comprehensive training sessions were conducted for the clerical staff and computer operators in the Municipal Secretary Department on GIS system operations through the Municipal Secretary Management System.
We also held discussions to understand, review and resolve of the various challenges faced by all officials when operating these systems.
