#pcz223 My cool light phenomenon is refraction! Initially you can’t see the coin (held in place) because light rays are hitting it & reflecting into the side of the bowl. When water is added, rays refract at the air/water interface on the way in AND out allow the coin to be seen!
#pcz223 My wave superposition example is cheap/fast rendition of Young’s double slit experiment. Light waves pass through 2 slits, and you might expect to see only 2 slits on the board. But you see several because the waves supepose & interfere constructively and destructively!
