Hinatulang guilty ng Sandiganbayan si Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon sa kasong graft kaugnay ng paggamit ng kanyang P3 milyong #PDAF noong 2007.
Inendorso ni Biazon ang pondo sa isang NGO na konektado umano kay Janet Lim-Napoles, na itinuturong utak ng pork barrel scam.
Ayon sa korte, naging pabaya si Biazon kaya’t nailipat ang pondo sa pekeng NGO. Dahil dito, pinatawan siya ng anim hanggang walong taon na pagkakakulong at habambuhay na diskwalipikasyon sa anumang posisyon sa gobyerno.
Wala namang civil liability si Biazon, at pinawalang-sala rin siya sa kasong malversation.

Umaasa ang kampo ni Muntinlupa Mayor Ruffy Biazon na mapapawalang-sala siya sa kasong graft kaugnay ng Priority Development Assistance Fund #PDAF noong 2007 matapos hatulang guilty ng Sandiganbayan.
Sinabi ni Atty. Mitchell-David Espiritu, ang spokesperson ni Biazon, sa isang pahayag ngayong Biyernes, May 30, na maghahain sila ng motion for reconsideration para hilingin sa korte na muling pag-aralan ang desisyon.
Nag-ugat ang kaso ni Biazon nang iendorso niya ang non-government organization #NGO na Philippine Social Development Foundation, Inc., na nadiskubre ng korte na kontrolado ni Janet Lim-Napoles, ang itinuturong utak sa PDAF scam.
