#PDRCTalks Suldaan Abdisalam: “Somali customary law is divided into two parts: general law and specific law. Also, when divided by subject, there are about 45 separate laws.” #APC2025
#PDRCTalks The process of conducting a trial involves about 25 rounds, from the time the two people involved are brought together until the trial is completed. #APC2025

1. The tree where the judgment is taken
2. The clan or location who can take the case
3. The law by which the judgment is made
4. The jury
