See thread. NICHD has an open RFI for which subtext is ending currently funded networks to implement new models for multisite research. Some drawbacks may be missed if discussion is oversimplified. #PFDNNetwork #urogynecology #womenshealth

I am concerned fully dismantling an approach delivering influential findings to improve health is not the best path. Many strengths could be retained in a renovation of network structure, rather than demolition. Expertise & experience are costly in time and dollars to develop.
