This is the DEPLORABLE state of PHC in Akinmorin Afijio LGA, Oyo State.
The facility is understaffed with dilapidated infrastructure, they don’t have electricity, access to clean water or capacity to host, store and administer vaccines.

The Fed. college of horticulture, Dadin-Kowa, Gombe is an agency that is responsible for plant agriculture dealing with garden crops, generally fruits, vegetables, and ornamental plants now supervising the renovation of PHC in the Kwado community in Katsina.

The installation of the generator has boost power supply in the facility.
We observed that the hospital now have four electricity generators at the central powerhouse and one generator each at other two (2) locations.

Additional power supply is needed at Fed. medical centre,Katsina State.
In the 2022 FG budget, N29.9m was BUDGETED for the purchase of back up power generator.
We tracked and reported that the generator has been purchased and installed and already in use.
