During the engagement, Director presented the #PIFAH Report and the report on the 24 Priority Medical Products, while reaffirming AUDA-NEPAD’s commitment to supporting the Arab Maghreb Union in advancing its regional health agenda.
Discussions focused on three key areas of collaboration: supporting the establishment of UMA’s Health Financing Hub through technical expertise, strengthening local manufacturing and access to quality medical products in partnership with regional stakeholders, and developing a joint work plan to guide future cooperation and deliver tangible results.

AUDA-NEPAD, through #PIFAH, is hosting the second Technical Meeting to advance the operationalisation of the ECCAS Regional Health Financing Hub (RHFH).
Held in Libreville from 19–21 Nov 2025, the session brings together AUDA-NEPAD, ECCAS, and regional experts to finalise the workplan, regional hub design, and technical requirements for integrating ECCAS into the ALM Health Financing Framework.
ECCAS joins 4 other operational hubs driving health financing reform across Africa.
