What we are seeing here is something I have been showing for years. The written laws, rules and regulations are not being followed and is due to the biggest problem we have in Canada

I even found the Department of Justice breaking laws and the OIC (Office of the Information Commissioner) did a multi year investigation to put out a LEGALLY BINDING Report and Orders to the DOJ.
NOT ONE police or RCMP started a file even upon request with their own documents and a testimony from the OIC Commissioner that plainly said "it is up to the RCMP to enforce the Reports and Orders!"

The LECA, IOP, CRCC are all aware and metadata proven to be aware, They are supposed to be independent bodies and oversight that have broken the RCMP ACT, CSPA of 2019 and the list goes on. And still will not investigate.

Desde Tunja avanza el segundo día de la jornada de capacitación liderada por el @DNP_Colombia para preparar a los territorios frente a la implementación de la Plataforma Integrada de Inversión Pública #PIIP.
Municipios de Boyacá como Puerto Boyacá, Pajarito, Pauna, Páez, Viracachá, Ráquira y Tópaga fortalecen sus capacidades técnicas en formulación, seguimiento y gestión de proyectos de inversión pública.
Con el apoyo de la @GobBoyaca, seguimos acercando la asistencia técnica a los territorios y promoviendo una planeación más eficiente para el desarrollo regional.
La jornada de la tarde del primer día del encuentro regional en Tunja continúa con un taller práctico de viabilidad, un espacio interactivo donde los participantes conocen de manera directa los pasos para la formulación y transferencia de proyectos desde la MGA hacia la #PIIP.
A través de ejercicios aplicados, municipios y entidades fortalecen capacidades técnicas para hacer más eficiente la inversión pública territorial, en línea con el Plan Nacional de Desarrollo y la apuesta del Gobierno del presidente @petrogustavo por modernizar los procesos, fortalecer las regiones y cerrar brechas desde los territorios.
En Tunja seguimos fortaleciendo las capacidades del departamento y sus equipos territoriales para el uso de la Plataforma Integrada de Inversión Pública #PIIP.

As members of the Restore Canada Movement, we must insist on the right to vote on the policies and principles that we require to build a better country. Our voices matter. Referendums matter. The will of the people matters.

We need to provide real substance, details and a sound plan. Actions not just words.
Accountability & Transparency are the keys to a better future. Where appropriate, we need ethical organizations to launch prosecutions and demand justice for the people.
We need to fund independent investigative journalists to root out corruption, and a Freedom of Information task force to expose government waste & deceit.
Freedom of Information, is our legal right. It allows public access to records held by government agencies to ensure transparency. It is used to request data on government decisions, policies, and spending. Politicians must have consequences for their deception and corruption.
A unit specifically for whistleblowers will be established to amplify their concerns. Respect for the truth must become the standard.
It’s time for major change.

Dear Ms. Prospero,
Thank you for your reply of January 27, 2026.
The Community Safety and Policing Act, 2019 does not mention any internal appeal or reconsideration mechanism for decisions under s. 107(2)(b). This legislative silence does not support the categorical claim that the decision "is not subject to appeal or reconsideration." Judicial review in the Divisional Court remains fully available for challenges based on procedural unfairness, unreasonableness, or error of law.
Your original decision was based on materially false information, including a misrepresentation that I accused Chief Eric Stubbs of personally committing forgery and conspiracy—allegations I never made. My complaint focused solely on organizational failures in adequacy and effectiveness of policing, record-keeping, and CSPA compliance, including that officers acted not in good faith. This essential "not in good faith" element was entirely omitted from the decision, demonstrating clear non-compliance with the CSPA's requirements for a rigorous, evidence-based assessment.
This mischaracterization, combined with the complete failure to contact me, request the offered evidence, or conduct any meaningful review of "all the circumstances" (as mandated under s. 107(2)(b)), renders the decision fundamentally flawed. The 7-day turnaround further confirms that no serious or full consideration took place.
The decision acknowledges an "administrative error" yet makes zero attempt to assist in correcting the record — despite the IOP's explicit mandate to address adequacy and effectiveness of policing. This inaction ignores the severe harm caused: I faced the real threat of up to 10 years imprisonment, and others have been similarly affected by the same officers (with evidence the IOP never collected or reviewed). By refusing to act on the admitted error, the IOP is failing in its statutory duty and eroding public confidence in oversight.
Formal Warning: The IOP is not operating in accordance with CSPA law or its mandate. Continuing to issue decisions based on false premises, without proper process or remedial action, constitutes a serious breach of its legal obligations. Such conduct may be challenged in judicial review as the IOP "breaking the law" — precisely as I have already proven through official channels that the Department of Justice is breaking the law by non-compliance with lawfully binding OIC orders. My OIC complaints were rejected and marked "Invalid" six times before validation, resulting in a legally binding Report and Orders to the DOJ — now the subject of a motion in Parliament to compel file release to me. This case has attracted major public interest and attention from Members of Parliament.
Furthermore, issuing a final determination grounded on false information may constitute fraud under Criminal Code s. 366 (false document / document manipulation). I reserve the right to file criminal charges if warranted.

Now what do we do about it? This is what we do. We identify it as #PIIP (Political Interference Into Policing) and press charges that eventually spur real investigations with public hearings. And yes it needed to happen Mr. Poilievre but Chris and Tamara worked with the illegal activities of the police and government officials. Tamara as a Director read off demands to the country. This helped the decision for the Emergencies Act Invocation. The uncomfortable truth is that citizens that showed up and stood with no other narrative then to have dialogue with our Government. We did not get any because of the well funded people behind the Freedom Corporation from Conservatives and Liberals. They had "Clandestine" communications that are recorded and never showed up in trials even though there is evidence of the OPS, RCMP, Crown, and defence lawyers having this information.
