Seriously the #PIPAssessment needs to be made a trauma informed process.
What a triggering process for anyone with PTSD, with neurodivergence or mental health issues.
Its absolutely frustrating that the people it is meant to help; it literally puts at a disadvantage.
Expecting you to do a 2hour call without a break is not right.
Expecting you to do it over the phone without the offer of zoom or teams is not right.
There has to be a better way.
