#PIPAssessments -Unacceptable standards, need more training or need total retraining. All things written about assessors, in the report. This is appalling & would not be stood for, in example: banks, insurance brokers! So why is the government allowing this to happen? #PIP
These are literally life or death decisions.
"In all, nearly 37 per cent of assessment reports audited during 2018 were found to be of an unacceptable standard, to need changes, or demonstrated that the assessor had failed to carry out their role properly."
So sad that people with disabilities are made to feel like this. Why can't people with disabilities be treated with dignity and respect rather than being made to feel like benefit scroungers, for benefits that they are entitled to? #pipassessments
