@HollieAnneB Got turned down a few years ago because I had dressed well and actually turned up to the appointment when I was applying for my mental health issues - yet if I hadn’t had turned up I wouldn’t have got it either 🤦🏻♀️

@HollieAnneB Please appeal. They rely on ppl being too exhausted to do so & just giving up. I think 80% are overturned at appeal or tribunal. Contact CAB or Welfare Rights at your local council. It’s taken me over 3 attempts to be successful. Also get evidence from someone who supports you.

I know we know this but our PIP system is fucked. Turned down because I can “communicate and articulate well”. I’m a fucking journalist. Communicating well is the only thing I know how to do. Will obviously appeal but where the fuck the energy is coming from, I do not know
