Question : I've heard (a lot),that " Select * " is bad, performance wise, and it's better to list the desired columns , My question is that,if the table has 12 columns , again in this situation, listing all 12 columns is better than select* ?? !! Why? #PL_SQL

@Pantea_Trng no #PL_SQL needed, #SQL suffices. Looks like an easy exercise how to use "group by"

#Query_Challenge: So we have the "source data " as you can see in the left picture, and we need to write a query to have the photo on the right, I'm sure you are smart enough to understand the logic but feel free to ask if you have questions, Share your ideas, #Oracle #PL_SQL

I have a question regarding #bind_variables 1) Is it ALWAYS good to use bind variables when writing a dynamic query? 2)Does it always lead to a better performance if you use them in your code? #Oracle #PL_SQL

How many records does this query produce and why? Try not to execute the query ;) #Oracle #PL_SQL

Are there any differences between these two , performance wise ?? Query: Select <columns> From <table> option 1 --> where date between d1 and d2 option 2 --> where date >= d1 and date <=d2 The table is partitioned based on "date" column. #Oracle #PL_SQL
