Lot of talk about the shifting point of care at the #POC3Summit. Per Manhattan Research 2017 U.S. study data, 14% of patients perform online research at the doctor's office, and 26% of physicians use their smartphones to access info during consults.

I'm at the #POC3Summit, where patient advocate @GraceCordovano said #pharma needs to create more "imperfect" content: "A lot of promotional materials are tough for patients to relate to," said Cordovano. "Reality TV is all the rage. It's time for reality at the point of care."
