The devolution involved in our, so-called, “evolution” is explained as to how it began, all the way back with bipedalism; how it proceeded—in a step-by-step process of descent occurring over the course of millions of years, including the emergence of birth trauma, the agrarian revolution, hierarchical societies, classism, child use and abuse, the oppression of women and rise of patriarchy, and the diminishment of self and feeling; and how it gradually coalesced into what we call human … into what we mistakenly think is our human nature.
In Prodigal Human, we see how we came to be estranged and discover that state to be one less than what we are potentially: We are prodigal or fallen … therefore we do not have to be. This book uncovers the dark side of civilization and, by contrast, reveals the bright side of human potential, within Nature.
The prodigal human will be welcomed back into the fold of Nature, if and when we have finally had enough and decide to make the journey home. In Prodigal Human, we learn exactly how what we left behind could be again embraced and how that redeems us as a species and liberates us as individual humans.

These books will describe the process of return as well as the state of being returned. They will provide the greatest overstanding of the arc as well as a vision of a possible humanity in a relatively near future. They will show humans finally returned to, included in, and reintegrated with Nature. This is not a return that loses all we have learned in the course of our arc of fallenness; rather, it is one that remembers and indeed redeems or blesses that ad-venture of the lonely human. It is a vision within which what we are and what we have learned are cross-fertilized to create a renaissance or flowering of the human condition and the human presence on Earth in our immediate future.
Return to Eden
As mentioned, Primal Renaissance will continue that vision in laying out an end point of a truly evolved humanity in some possible future beyond the immediate one. It will unveil our potential omega state, our end state, our utopian possibility on Earth in reunion with Nature and with the vastest awareness of ourselves, our physical world, the Universe, and our place in it all — the Cosmos and the Divine.

These reasons are explored in my books, Experience Is Divinity (2013) and Funny God (2014). For whatever reason, though, we set about a process of forgetting who we really are, in essence. And this all happens in the course of every lifetime, beginning with conception and continuing with the second fall of birth, the third fall of the primal scene, and the fourth fall of ego identity and consolidation at the adolescent and young adult time of life. This overall fall — this line of descent in our individual lives — I describe in Falls from Grace.
However, there are reasons why we, humans, of all species of planetmates undergo this fall, while other planetmates do not. Oh, yes, there are metaphysical reasons. And I tease some of those out in Funny God and Experience Is Divinity, regardless that the greatest overstanding of the reasons for our distinction in that regard will be forever hidden from us while in the Form State, that is, the embodied state.

This has resulted in the atrocities of history — which is one of human’s unique distinctions from Nature. Most pressing for our place in the timeline, it has led to the imminent humanicide (suicide of the human race) and ecocide (the death of all life on this planet) which we humans are bringing about.
The question might arise, Is this scenario true for all people? Has it always been true? Is it this way in all cultures? What are the roots of this dismal human predicament?

On the flip side of that, we notice Merrick Garland only acted against Trump after the former president made off with nuclear secrets above top secret along with payroll information on those working as spies for our intelligence. Even with espionage of the likes that our intelligence operatives would be ferreted out and killed and the possibility that nuclear secrets in foreign hands could lead to worldwide nuclear annihilation, it took Garland eighteen months to approve the search.
With what else we know about collusion between Trump and Putin to undermine the United States and return Russia to its Soviet-era glory, along with Putin’s threats to use nuclear weapons against the world for its support of Ukraine, we can speculate now what their grand plan might have been. This is a plan that was worked out by Trump and Putin, with oligarchs around the world, for example, Mohammed bin Salman (MBS) of Saudi Arabia. It is a plan whose details were concocted on pleasure boats and hotel rooms around the world going back before Trump’s installation in 2016.
It is a story that was told us by whistleblowers from the U.S. and Russia. For their contributions in warning us, these truth-telling witnesses to the worldwide conspiracy were rounded up and prosecuted by Russian and American authorities, after Trump gained power. My Prediction — Psychedelics and Mental Health
This book in its original version also shed light on the developments in the drug and counseling field, when I detailed how the generations alive today differed in their use of recreational drugs.
We find increasingly that the drugs attractive to the Sixties Generation, which I mentioned in the First Edition were psychedelics and marijuana, are being found, just as they were for primal societies, to be the best hope for the mental health of the nation; indeed, the world. This is another area where the Baby-Boomer/ Sixties/ Vietnam Generation showed themselves to be ahead of the wave in terms of America’s and the world’s direction. We saw in the First Edition how that psychological evolution — manifesting along with and promoted by that very Sixties generation — was blocked by the powers-that-be: The “king” simply will not “die.” We are beset by the reactionary thuggish thinking of bygone generations surrounded by a sea of an increasing number of “evolved,” “woke” folk, wondering why their greater numbers have so little sway in government policy.

This shooting of students by police occurred eleven days after a similar thing occurred on the campus of Kent State University in Ohio. The Kent State massacre occurred on 4 May 1970, in Kent, Ohio. Four unarmed students were murdered there, and nine others were injured. Around three hundred students had gathered to protest President Richard Nixon’s escalation of the Vietnam War, in his bombing of Cambodia, and the presence of the National Guard on campus. The student protesters were confronted by twenty-eight National Guard soldiers. The National Guard fired tear-gas canisters into the crowd to disperse the protesters. About ten to fifteen students proceeded to throw the canisters, and some rocks, back at the soldiers. When supposedly a sniper shot was heard — there was no shot, but at this point, you know they’re going to have some bogus story — the Guardspersons began firing.
Now, keep in mind the cold-blooded assassinations — in a massive barrage of bullets — of Black Panthers Hampton and Clark that were ordered by FBI Director, J. Edgar Hoover, five months earlier.
