But here’s the bigger question:
What happens when the problem is not just one practitioner — but repeated systemic failures within a facility, hospital or #health #authority?
Right now, accountability in #BC #healthcare often focuses on individual practitioners through professional colleges.
Patients may also turn to processes like the #Patient #Care #Quality #Review #Board which are not legislatively binding. Is that enough?
Do we need a stronger framework that examines patterns, systems, leadership, and #patient safety outcomes as well as quality of care #outcomes that are binding?

Let's get to the point, which is important for #two #professions, including mine because I am part of the journalism industry, as I run the world's only weekly political magazine, National Political Mirror, which is India's only independent media house.
Trust me, the field of #political journalism holds significant importance for me, particularly when it comes to #politics and political journalism, as I have a deep passion for both politics and political #journalism.
Prior to entering the political journalism world, I eliminated two aspects from my life: the first being lust, and the second being greed. Because I removed two items from my body, I am now able to write the best political stories and editorials, as well as make cover pages for #NationalPoliticalMirror that are always a thousand times better than the world's most recognised weekly magazine, #TIME.
Finally, I can't speak for my #colleagues in my journalism industry, but I can speak for myself and my profession, and as a political journalist, I believe I should not become friends with any politicians. If I make friends with any politicians, friendship will prevent me from writing and publishing the facts, which is my own belief, and I really believe in it. And because of what I believe, which helps me write a good political story every day since I run a political magazine.
And if I don't do it every day, I feel very bad, so I do it every day, and it makes me proud to be a political journalist, and I will keep doing it no matter what. I don't know what other journalists do.
And after getting a journalism degree from one of the world's top journalism schools – the Indian Institute of Mass Communication, a deemed-to-be-university, established on 17 August 1965, in Delhi – I founded #NationalPoliticalMirror to assist those in need and promote honest politics and politicians.
And I always write any political stories and editorials for National #NationalPoliticalMirror (the #world's only #weekly #political magazine with two editions) after long research.
Despite all the key issues I am currently facing, I never write #fakenews, spread #false narratives, or write negatively about #politicalstories against any #politicalparties or #politicians in India.
And trust me, I will never write fake news, spread false narratives, or publish any negative political stories for #NationalPoliticalMirror that could damage years of hard work or any political parties and politicians.
However, there are a few news anchors whose job it is to speak negatively about #RahulGandhi, #SoniaGandhi, and the #Congress Party in order to achieve overnight success.

Respected #politicians and #citizens of #India 🇮🇳 "Jai Bihar" "Jai Jai Bihar",
Before I say anything, I would like to say that two professions are directly connected with the people of India. If you are willing to sacrifice your personal needs and family needs, then you join politics and political journalism; otherwise, do something else. For example, if you are a #lawyer, then practise law; if you are a #doctor, then practise medicine; if you are a tea seller, then sell tea; if you are a #fashion designer, then continue in the fashion world; if you are an #actor, then continue your acting career; if you are a #civilservant, then do your job with honesty as per the Indian Constitution; if you are a #baker, then create creatively with best #cookies for the #bakery industry; if you are a cook, then become an expert in making good foods; or whatever you like to do, become an expert in #your field so you can do it for your family and all your needs and also become part of national growth.
Let's get to the point, which is important for two professions, including mine because I am part of the journalism industry, as I run the world's only weekly political magazine, National Political Mirror, which is India's only independent media house.
Trust me, the field of #political journalism holds significant importance for me, particularly when it comes to #politics and political journalism, as I have a deep passion for both politics and political #journalism.

First, I am going to talk about politics. Trust me, over the past few years, I haven't seen an Indian politician interact with people every day like #ZohranMamdani, the mayoral candidate for #NewYorkCity, has been doing for many months now, starting right after the USA election for president last year.
In the 2024 USA presidential polls, the Republican nominee Donald Trump emerged victorious, becoming the 47th president of the United States of America.
On the other hand, through diligent effort and consistent engagement with the people of New York, Zohran Mamdani secured victory in the #Democratic mayoral primary this June, 2025, against fellow Democrat #AndrewCuomo. And now Andrew Cuomo is running as an independent candidate for the mayoral position in New York City. Zohran Mamdani is anticipated to secure victory in today’s New York City mayoral elections.
In the meantime, I have been deeply hurt after witnessing many leaders become home minister, finance minister, education minister, and commerce minister without putting in hard work, receiving mass support, and contributing to the party, such as adding new members to the party each month, working on the ground, participating in street protests for needy people, and working with party cadres.
And, despite receiving everything from the #Congress party, many are sleeping because they are not working for party benefits; instead, they are harming top party leaders and the party's reputation through newspaper articles, media bites to news agencies or news channels, and friendships with #Adani and #Ambani when their top leaders are opposed to them, as evidenced by their political speeches against Adani and Ambani.
However, after years, I have seen for the first time a young and talented boy from #Bihar's village working very hard in the last couple of years for the political world, forming a political party and building a strong organisation with people who are eager to work for the nation, and now his party is contesting 240 assembly seats in the Bihar assembly elections.
Yes, I am talking about #PrashantKishor and his party – #JanSuraajParty, and trust me, whatever the Bihar Assembly polls results are, that result will not stop #PrashantKishor or his party – #JanSuraajParty's – energy, confidence, and speed here; rather, he and his party will expand very fast because the people of India need him, because many, including myself, believe that maybe not today, tomorrow, the day after tomorrow, next week, next month, or next year, but one day #PrashantKishor will become the Prime Minister of India because he has dreams for all sections of society.
And, I am frankly with you all. So I have one request for the grand old party, Congress: ask your Congress Working Committee (#CWC) members to work on the ground, work with cadres, and interact with people on a daily basis, and ask them to add 10,000 new members to the party each month if Congress wants to cross more than 180 Lok Sabha seats in the 2029 Lok Sabha polls and if the party wants to see Rahul Gandhi as Prime Minister of India after the 2029 Lok Sabha polls results, because we have seen how quickly international and national political trends are changing over the last few months.
Plus, the Congress Party should ask them to interact with city voters each day, especially those in Delhi NCR, where they live. Ask them to leave the party if they can't follow the instructions of the Congress party and become a party of growth.
#RajeevShukla, a leader in the Congress party, doesn't care about the growth of his party; he only cares about his own. He has been a member of the Rajya Sabha since 2002, with the blessing of top Congress leaders, and holds important posts in the BCCI because he knows how to get chairs.
He was recently seen praising #JayShah, the chairman of the ICC, for his leadership skills. Because of this, he will continue to hold top posts in the #BCCI. He knows he is not fit for real politics, because if he contests for polls from anywhere – especially from #Kanpur – he will lose. I have also noticed that his statement never lines up with the top leader of the party.
For example, he just recently said something about Donald Trump's statement, and his top party leader also said something about Trump's statement.
Trust me, without aligning with key figures from the ruling party, it's quite challenging to secure any position in the BCCI as a member of the opposition party-Congress.
However, Rajeev Shukla consistently manages to obtain roles within the BCCI, and interestingly, his brother-in-law is a prominent BJP leader and former law minister, #RaviShankarPrasad.
Finally, I can't speak for my colleagues in my journalism industry, but I can speak for myself and my profession, and as a political journalist, I believe I should not become friends with any politicians. If I make friends with any politicians, friendship will prevent me from writing and publishing the facts, which is my own belief, and I really believe in it. And because of what I believe, which helps me write a good political story every day since I run a political magazine.
And if I don't do it every day, I feel very bad, so I do it every day, and it makes me proud to be a political journalist, and I will keep doing it no matter what. I don't know what other journalists do.
