I'm gonna do a TL; DR version of my pinned post about Wang Wang, hashtags and how we can massively pressure China into finally legilsating anti-cruelty laws for ALL animals in China. China is going to invest about $150 BILLION dollars in the next five years into promoting international tourism from Western countries to China. A lot of that is going to be online on through social media such as Twitter, Instagram, Tiktok and YouTube travel vloggers. We must use these hashtags: #chinatourism , #tourisminchina , #safechina , #tourismchina, #chinatravel , #travelchina on ANY post, video or image of Wang Wang or of ANY footage of animal cruelty in China to encourage a tourism boycott. China's Foreign Ministry is marketing itself as safe to travel in when sadistic animal torturers go free there. I'm not exaggerating even a tiny little bit. Men in their twenties and thirties who tortured mutilated and killed dozens, hundreds and THOUSANDS of dogs, puppies, cats and kittens for profit and sadistic pleasure received zero punishment and are now free. It's not a matter of the Jieyang boys who tortured Wang Wang being below the age of criminal responsibility and therefore not being able to be punished. The laws to punish torturers of stray companion animals like cats and dogs literally DO NOT EXIST in China and their pet protection and anti-cruelty laws are likewise close to non-existent. We must likewise also use the hashtags #justiceforwangwang , #wangwang, #Chinaanimalcruelty , #endchinesecattorture , #ChinaAnimalProtectionLaw etc on influencer or official travel and tourism posts and videos set in China, even if the posts and videos are scenic, pretty, funny, or relatable and not related to animal cruelty to cross-post and raise awareness on ALL sides. This is especially important on TikTok and Instagram. We HAVE to make people who are interested in travelling to and doing tourism to China know exactly WHAT kind of economy they are supporting, and specifically what absence of laws they are supporting. China does not have comprehensive criminal laws to legislate sentencing for animal cruelty for companion animals. The Chinese government LITERALLY allows for Chinese people to "Saw" style horror movie torture, mutilate and murder unlimited numbers of stray cats and dogs for both pleasure and profit. Look up Sam the Packer. Look up Ma Fei. Look up Xu Zhihui. Thousands of stray animals, mostly cats and kittens, but also thousands of dogs and puppies have DIED in these torture rings. These psychopaths have committed unimaginable horrors such as put hundreds of kittens in ELECTRIC BLENDERS and put fireworks up both ends of their alimentary canals to explode these innocent stray animals from the inside to film for their torture profit rings, or adopted the animals under false pretences of being an "animal lover" and WALKED. FREE. NO criminal record! Because it's not a crime! We must do this to expand both spread awareness across ALL social medias and let China know that we are willing to subvert their economy boosting plans if they continue to ignore the rampant animal torture and cruelty in their country. The Chinese State is silencing, suppressing, censoring, punishing, threatening and detaining any Chinese people in police stations for hours for crimes such as putting up images of Wang Wang or putting up posters that say "be kind to animals", so we HAVE to help them by putting as much pressure on China from the outside as possible. Money talks. We must boycott Chinese products, and we must put efforts into boycotting Chinese tourism. Does China want ~$150 billion to go to waste? Wang Wang was just one of so many millions. Many things need to change in China for it to become safer and less horrific for animals. Environmental and cultural influences by adults on children and youth could take 10 generations to change. We don't have that long. The world is traumatised from the animal torture and mutilation videos coming out from China in droves. Immediate and urgent change must come from top-down from both the Chinese Government at all levels and branches through educational and awareness campaigns, and from China's supreme legislative body known as the National People's Congress, which enacts and amends fundamental laws concerning criminal offenses. Animal cruelty and torture of dogs, cats, birds and other non-wildlife animals needs to become a crime in China. Economic squeezes WORK. Let's take these simple measures and work together.
