Based on the most recent PCI guidelines, there is no survival advantage of a lima over #ImageGuidedPCI of FOCAL #PRoxLAD stenosis in Group 1-2 #SyntaxScore NON-diabetic patients with normal EF. I would pick #Shockwave & #IVUS guided prox LAD stent followed by stress MRI to see if the RCA needs a PCI. This approach does not burn any bridges & sends the patient home on the same day with a wrist bandaid
