The problem :
The INOUE balloon has 2 layers, the outer latex layer of Balloon was probably cracked or cut partially at the WAIST , which was not recognised while preparing it may be , with wach inflation the cut may have become deeper and then outer layered ruptured completely at the end causing it to form OVAL SHAPED rather than DUMBBELL ..
Solution : New balloon..
Patient did well ..
@Hragy may be u can add some pointers to overcome it , although i know that U alresdy told that REUSE has been banned in EGYPT ..

@CristinaAuri17 @Carlotrani @BURZOTTA_F Following your publication and thanks to your advice, I successfully used your technique in my patient: inflation with 24 and 26 balloon and we achieved reduction of mean gradient from 6.7 to 3 mmHg and increase of MVA from 0.9 to 1.5 cm2.
