Hope the #PaidButFailed and #Motawifails family can help! #nusuked
Please support my GoFundMe campaign: https://t.co/gavg15AbMj #GoFundMe
Already thereโve been some changes from last year(albeit some diff challenges) eg those #paidbutfailed this year got their money refunded a lot quicker and so could book another package.
We need to keep pushing to increase the #Hajj2023 quota & to get local agents back.#nusuked
Doing some research back through this thread... I didn't realize there were so many articles ๐ฅน #paidbutfailed #nusuked May Allah accept our Hajj and the efforts of those going, or trying to go, Ameen.
๐งต News articles & some radio links covering the topic of @MoHU_En online #Hajj portal @Motawif_SA (Note:none of them have anything good to say!) Pls tag me into any more articles I mayโve missed & will add here. Pls keep tagging journos & raising awareness: #hajj2022
@bahar_hj10 @Hajj_nusuk I love how they tell us QUICKLY do this and do that. But even after year of preparation they cant even accept these payments we are doing our best to quickly send them. @MoHU_En @tfrabiah #hajj2023 #Nusuk_Hajj #paidbutfailed

Getting started is the hardest bit..
I attach a draft letter I intend to finesse and send tomorrow.
We all have had good intentions to try not to let this happen again but the only way we can have any kind of voice is raising via formal channels.
@are_eb @Hajj_nusuk Salaams bro, hope you don't mind but I've tagged you into just a few threads where people have been having issues again with #paidbutfailed
@DigestHalal @Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En @tfrabiah Last year I had similar issues, and I ended up with #paidbutfailed . I had to wait until the end hajj to get my refund and at the end I lost 400$ since the transaction fees from my bank are not refunded
Same as last year #paidbutfailed #paidbutfailed2
Who is going to help?? @Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En @tfrabiah @cbhuk @appghajjumrah @JamesCleverly @OfficialLHO @FCDOGovUK
@DigestHalal @Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En @tfrabiah it is getting really hard with no planning we have been glued to our computers for 3 days now and packages show up and get full at random time. There is no way to see new packages only I.e need to scroll thru 9 pages now . We really need help and better plan #nusuk
@timefliesbyfast @Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En @tfrabiah Even if we add a few hundred to that estimate(as many packages had 50 or so spots)โฆthere should still be more packages coming up. No need to overly worry. Allah knows we tried. #Nusuk_Hajj #hajj #paidbutfailed
@fuadar @Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En Heeeyy, @zeeshan172, this #paidbutfailed v2 #paidbutfailed2 is contagious or infectious? Spreading quite nicely, though. Thatโs 2 best-sellers you should pen.
@WaadArif @UKAmbKSA @UKinSaudiArabia Never mind Newcastle Utd, have you seen the state of @Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En #paidbutfailed2 #paidbutfailed
Another case of #paidbutfailed #paidbutfailed2 @Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En
I know it's Nusuk and not you guys but any timeline on resolution? @cbhuk @appghajjumrah @FCDOGovUK @JamesCleverly @OfficialLHO
You have taken all my money and then said booking waiting for payment , the money has left left my account and now you are saying booking has been cancelled @Hajj_nusuk @Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En
Bro a Motawif rep told me straight up "QUOTA FULL NO HAJJ FOR YOU BROTHER" - the very next day I found out our names were on a flight. Keep the faith through these issues and inshallah it will work out ๐คฒ๐พ
There is no way the quota is full yet
#paidbutfailed2 #paidbutfailed
@zeeshan172 @Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En Ridiculous situation. Now itโs saying the quota is full for UK pilgrims
Am I the only one in this situation ? Bookings canceled 4 times due to payment failures by credit card (any issue with my card, the issues came from the website) #Nusuk_Hajj #NusukHajj @Hajj_nusuk
In the absence of any formal comms from Nusuk or anyone else, apparently they have suspended bookings until they've sorted the payment issues @Hajj_nusuk #paidbutfailed #paidbutfailed2

I don't care that this is day 1 - this was about Comms & confidence to deliver and you've well and truly dropped the ball straight https://t.co/hIGAzgkHnO Basant not even around?? @Hajj_nusuk @Motawif_SA @MoHU_En
Admin get a grip of this asap!
@Hajj_nusuk I have made full payment of 19k which has left my account. And it said payment failed? Can I please have some support. No response to email and your phone line keeps on asking me to select a language even though I did.
All along we said it was pre-sales and the booking process that needed sorting too - not just the actual Hajj experience. You've had MONTHS to sort this, "it's new" is no excuse this time @MoHU_En @tfrabiah - this is not acceptable #paidbutfailed
@quidproquo786 @AAtweets2022 @Hajj_nusuk @MoHU_En @mohalipatel @Ms_terry @ParaceNational @modilwar @gerrylondon19 @anam0785 @daBuzzd We getting the old band back together? #paidbutfailed
