@quidproquo786 @AAtweets2022 @Hajj_nusuk@MoHU_En @mohalipatel @Ms_terry@ParaceNational@zeeshan172@modilwar@gerrylondon19@anam0785 Sadly, in the back of many brave “activists’” minds, this was expected. To save some of them from harsh utterances (Q4:148) & the hopefuls from much stress, I suggest throwing in the towel, & so repost these from when Covid prevented many from going. It may need revision, tho.
@radioislam When you have a newspaper, radio or tv, you need column centimetres, sound bytes and video tracks to come up with. Then, there are almost no limits to what goes in. And Muslims, including Ulama, easily falter and “ragman bilghaibi”, as ALLĀH said about the youth in the Cave.
@Toot_on_X It never left, just the bird. But Twitter needs to replace “See more” with “See less” when clicked, to give a quick exit from the volumes there.
Let me tell you the reality of this country. I'll give you an example from my own estate, which is predominantly white. I would estimate that at least 50% of the white residents here are struggling financially. Some can barely afford their rent.
The other day, a white neighbour actually approached me to borrow money to buy groceries just to get through to month-end.
Drive around and stop at a traffic light on Beyers Naudé Drive. You'll find white people begging on the streets too. They are also dealing with unemployment, debt, rising living costs and financial hardship, just like you and me.
And here's something people don't talk about enough: there are black residents in my estate who are considerably wealthier than some of their white neighbours. Some earn massive salaries, while others run successful businesses.
So where do we get this idea that every white person is rich and every black person is poor? Wealth is not distributed according to skin colour.
Yes, South Africa has serious historical economic inequalities, and wealth remains concentrated in relatively few hands. But that doesn't mean every white person benefits from that wealth or has a trust fund waiting for them.
**Not every white person is related to Johann Rupert!** 😂
Let's stop treating ordinary people as representatives of wealthy families. Poverty doesn't check your race before moving into your bank account. 🇿🇦
@Yasser_M_A@BASYU4890 Which show that nonSahih could attach lies to the Rasūl, SalALLĀHu alaihi waSallam and others in the isnad. And those quoting them should take time off to prepare their place where the Rasūl said they are headed. It is sad that, in mid-1448h, we still have the nonSahih available.
As you prepare for Jumad al-Ākhirah moon sighting, @Jamiatsa, give this method a thought. Soon, inshāALLĀHu, it was be adopted globally. cc @JamiatKZN@MfIsmailMoosa
@ElyasWahyain True. And they don’t “get” Q6:159 and others. But forcing ALLĀH has become normalised. eg: we begin days at Maghrib and fasts at false (astronomical) dawn; cling to moon sighting when we have calcs as close to His as is humanly possible; have Hadi, yet make Qiran Hajj; etc, etc.
@Nkulerrrh@42566657PL Yes, we should do better, quicker. If those who take positions this month do not deliver, they should be voted out in the 2029 General Elections.
@radioislam That is what the Ulama do best, make lists endlessly. Yes, make Dua for the best for our neighbours, near and far. But @sulaimaanravat should have reminded us of this responsibility. And, of course, to say tasmiyyah before marking each ballot. Too late now, but plan for 2029.
So not Sahih and could be among the narrations that attribute to the Rasūl, SalALLĀHu alaihi waSallam, something he did not say. A lie against him, and those in the isnad.
