ちなみに手帳は2000年の夏頃から写真のVisor(Palm OSのPDA)で完全にデジタル化→iPodや母艦のMac→iPhoneで続けている。
紙の手帳も買ったり選んだりできる楽しみがあるから捨てがたかったけど、25年分のデータを串刺し検索できるのは記録魔なのにズボラな俺にはやっぱり便利。

I did not have a chance to try @Crazysoft's #PalmOS games back then, but I have decided to test then now on #PumpkinOS. They have helped my solving two nasty UAF bugs too! On the left, 'Lost in the Pyramid', on the right, 'Zeus Quest'.

Doing things we are not supposed to in #PumpkinOS: running WinLauncher, which is a alternative m68k Launcher app for #PalmOS, to start another m68k app and then return to the launcher, all within a single thread. TBH, I did no expect it to work... 🧐

Saw someone asking on Reddit if a #PalmOS 5 game 'Village Sim' could be emulated with modern software. I had never heard of it before, but tried it on my dev branch of #PumpkinOS 🎃anyway. Fixed a couple of bitmap bugs and it seems to run. No ROM needed, as always 😎
Because of low level access to HW, Invaders, an old game for #PalmOS does not run under anything newer than a PalmIII. Using some heuristics, #PumpkinOS detects apps expecting ancient HW and changes some specs on the fly, so they can run smoothly.
I am testing the compatibility of various #PalmOS apps from the excellent @PalmDB1 archive. This time it is Warfare Incorporated, running on #PumpkinOS.
Kyle's Quest 2 for #PalmOS (2002) running on #PumpkinOS. A major refactoring of Bitmaps (still underway) allows M68K apps that do direct access to bitmaps to work properly.
Lemmings for #PalmOS, from Aaron Ardiri, ported to #PumpkinOS. This is a old one, using 4-bits grayscale screen. It does some weird low level stuff, but after some changes it is mostly working.
