I'm still dismayed by emphasis on f2f classes (IMO any class that goes online will reduce campus risk overall; faculty should be allowed to choose to teach online...), but I was VERY glad to hear that the P/NP grading option might continue in the Fall! I vote yes!

@ammienoot @bonstewart and I think part of cognitive load, and feeling of OVER-load, has to do with grades and anxiety about grades.
remove the punitive grading to reduce stress.

first hint I have seen that P/NP-grading options might continue. I certainly hope they will! I would love to see a permanent switch to P/NP-grading option for Gen. Ed. courses and electives, with grades focused on major classes. (a girl can dream, right?) #PassFailNation
Update: OU clarified points regarding online classes for first-year students, faculty mask-wearing, and that schedule changes will also apply to classes that meet before 9 a.m. We will continue to update this article as the situation evolves.
