Video Description: Kavya's brothers and theatre staff carrying Kavya up the stairs in the movie hall while she's sitting in her wheelchair. (9/n)
Inaccessible PVR global grand in meenambakkam @_PVRCinemas. Having parking lot alone doesn't make the whole theatre experience disable friendly!
Pls make more effort to make it accessible
What @drsitu fights is real!
@_PVRCinemas Hi...Just wanted to convey that its terrible that your cinema does not have wheelchair access. This is for PVR, Goregaon, Oberoi Mall. Once you enter the screen, there is no way/access for a wheelchaired person to go to the upper seats. Fyi.
The automated tweets from @PVRSupport are just an eye-wash. Same @_PVRCinemas Arena, Bangalore a month later but same harassment & no commitment. #PatheticPVR 7/ @MSJE_AIC https://t.co/FS8pFTHrpO
My experience on wheelchair at PVR cinemas
1/5
Was eagerly looking to visit this PVR (at arena mall bangalore) as it claimed wheelchair accessibility. to my surprise it is not 100 % correct.
@iPrateek5 proved again how @_PVRCinemas inclusion campaign failed miserably at PVR Arena, Bangalore when he was provided a regular seat on a raised platform despite booking a seat marked as wheelchair friendly on the ticket booking apps. 5/#PatheticPVR @SanjeevBijli @MAofIndia
#PatheticPVR @_PVRCinemas are repeat offenders. Same thing happened with @KavyaMukhija who booked ♿️ accessible seat on the app but went to PVR Vegas Mall only to find it doesn’t exist. 4/#DisabilityDiscrimination

This is what they offered on the name of ♿️ accessible seat - a regular one. When asked how she will reach there? They offered a makeshift ramp & said with pride, ‘we will lift’. She refused, & had to watch the film in front row, away from her friends. 3/ #PatheticPVR @LivePvr
My ♿️-user colleague & other friends booked wheelchair-accessible seats shown online as C9,C10 on @bookmyshow vide ID:WLDGLQ6 for 2:05 pm PVR, EDM, GZB show on 25.5.22. When they reached @PicturesPVR , staff proclaimed we are ♿️ accessible. 2/ #PatheticPVR

It was such a pathetic experience.. On the name of accessible seats, it was just an another ordinary seat with no actual ramp, just a temporary metallic ramp with no actual space to park wheelchair expecting people to shift to the theatre chair @_PVRCinemas @socialpwds

your customer support team wont even react. what a shame for such a big brand. Is it true that you did not have approval for some shows and yet you put them up for ticket booking and fooled so many people.
