@Purrfectly_Rare @AccessTaskForce Great point here Marni! For so many the financial side of things has now become a factor. Even with coverage your only allowed so much and every dollar you spend now has to be spent carefully. #PatientAccessChat

A4: This is a difficult question to answer. For me personally accessing mental healthcare has been fine. With tele-health I can still access who I need to. Others that I talk to say that it’s been difficult. I think this really depends. #PatientAccessChat

A3: The way I check in every day is to take time away from any and all distractions. So I spend time on my own by going for a walk or even just quite time. This allows me to really ask myself “How am I doing?” #PatientAccessChat

@KenRayTaylor @AccessTaskForce I dunno about all that, but figuring out it’s all a choice has been huge for me. Every emotion in the book is a choice. I can react, or choose not to react. I choose ‘Happy’. 😁🤗❤️❤️ #PatientAccessChat

@AccessTaskForce I was trying to join a face-to-face group. I really wanted to attend. I clicked the link and quickly became lost. I tried many times to figure it out without success. I had to be good to me and say I’ll join (with help 😉) next time. ❤️ #PatientAccessChat
