One of the most ignored issues on a combine is belt wear. If the belt is showing visible shine to the sides of a belt this means that the belt is starting to slip.

Reduce the risk of fire during harvest by following the instructions in the Fire Prevention or Machine Cleanout sections of your Operator's Manual. 🔥

It is a good idea to check the curve hinge plate gap daily as large amounts of crops can cause the gap to widen.
Adjustments can be made with the 2 eccentric bolts on either arm or on the heavy duty latch brackets with an 18 mm wrench depending on your combine.
