Two months of silent. Here's why….. I deleted my operating system. Not the idea. The implementation. 40GB. 200,000 files. Roughly 20 million lines. Written over 30 months. Eighty prototypes deep. 10,000+ Commits on GitHub. Most of it was bloat. Duplicated logic. Agent-generated files that referenced other agent-generated files. A codebase that had learned to grow but never learned to stop. So I started over. From scratch. Every file small. Every component isolated. Every line accounted for. Now: under 2GB. Around 30,000 files. The same operating system, rebuilt from the ground up, components base: “module base / malleable” And here's what I put in it. A self-editing code editor built into the core. I sit inside the OS, edit the OS. Users will do the same for their applications. An AI conductor. One main agent that orchestrates dozens of sub-agents across individual workspaces. Each workspace is its own project. Each project has its own team. Coding. Automating. Planning. Building. The AI isn't an app you open. It's part of the operating system. You talk to it. You message it. It's there, like Her. And the part I can't stop thinking about. Distributed compute through the Covenant Protocol. Your operating system sits idle most of the day. That compute is wasted. Under the Covenant Protocol, it isn't. You can sell your idle compute to other users on the network. Or your API credits. You choose how your machine participates. Imagine billions of people connected to a peer-to-peer mesh. No centralized servers. No single company. Every node updating every other node. Compute flowing where it's needed. Value flowing back to the people who provide it. Not a platform. A protocol. Not investors at the top taking the cut. Users at the base earning it. I'm done waiting for big tech to build something they'll never build. The OS that pays the people who use it. The OS that belongs to the network that runs it. 30 months. 80 prototypes. Multiple full rewrites this year alone. This is the one. The new network is almost ready. #SEUOS #CovenantProtocol #Relay #KEEPWHATYOUHAVE #Grinding #decentralize #OS
