At this point, only entrance/exit slashed on the NWStairs & #Individual4 is seen on that side too. Maybe he traveled with them after he go out.

Tracking pepper, I saw those grey pantsπ, green cut off gloves standing over peppers head & I saw a nwstairs vid where boog has grey pants & goes thru the tarp. Hmmmm. What are the chances P2 is #Pepperstrap's hand ? The cuff is grey and gun is yellow and black. He couldve taken off glove to fire it and then holstered like P1. P2 is the only sliver that shows up. Bottom of NW Steps approx 2:08pm.

@ryanjreilly @capitolhunters The source of the yellow one is probably the same as the one that hit this rioter. There were a few LEOs with pepperball guns by the speakers to right of maga media and just south of the NW scaffold entrance. Here's a #pepperstrap pepperball gun for easy reference too.

@Post_Scrpt @capitolhunters It was fun either way. At least I was able to add the sneakers and that he had an extra ammo magazine and ID the concealed magazine holder in his other pocket. I guess this guy was well prepared with extra ammo. But...still no #pepperstrap except for that 1 image. π

He was on that side around that time, and I think the shot with the patch was from his footage.
