Sometimes it does happen in #PCNL during litholapaxis: a big fragment stuck into the grasper! That’s why I like very much the #PERCX grasper by @rocamed which accommodates coaxially a laser fiber thru the shaft so that you can brake the fragment into pieces small enough to be easily removed. #ETCE

No matter if u have #trilogy by @EMSUrology or #shockpulse by @OlympusUrology like I have.... when the stone is really big, I find very useful to speed up litholapaxis #singleuse grasper such as #percX by @rocamed …. In this case at least 30 min saved #ETCE

Some colleagues prefer #LASER lithotripsy also during standard #PCNL ... on the contrary I still prefer combined lithotripsy with #SHOCKPULSE or #TRILOGY & reiterated removal of big frags with grasper like #PERCX by @Rocamed ... much faster today for a big stag cystine stone!
