ルクマの存在を知ったのは、ワカチナ→ナスカの道中で立ち寄ったワイナリーツアー。いろんな種類のワインやピスコを飲ませてもらえたが、その中にルクマを使ったピスコ(写真1枚目)があった。ペルー伝統の蒸留酒ピスコ＋栽培できる地域が限られるレア果物・ルクマ。ペルー土産として最高だろう #PERUHOP

エクアドルやペルーのアンデス山脈原産の果物｢ルクマ(Lucuma)｣のジュース。ほのかな甘みがあるものの何とも形容しがたい不思議な味。濃厚でアボガドのような感触もある。低Glで栄養価が高く、インカの黄金とも呼ばれていたらしい。栽培できるエリアが限られているので現地で見つけたら試したい一品
