Excited to share our latest preprint - my group's first qualitative research - 'Phantom Kicks': 39% of respondents had subjective experiences of foetal kicks in the postpartum period. Phantom kicks were present for many years postpartum (avg 6, max 30yrs) https://t.co/CICbRDL0qh

It's been just over a year now since I was pregnant and I STILL get phantom kicks??? Why is that? It's super weird like my womb still thinks its got a baby in there and I'll feel kicks in my stomach. Another lovely surprise they don't tell you about having kids #phantomkicks
