Less is more •|•
Focus on the foundations and slowly add the features. Don't try to bite off too much and struggle to chew/swallow. Take on what you can manage > chew that > digest it > move on.
When studying-it's the same. Don't choke on info overload.

I've said it before and I'll say it again-
Hustle culture is toxic. Working hard is a must, yes. But working efficiently to keep yourself from burning out is optimal for longterm growth. You don't have to break your back to level up.

You don't have to perfect your process right away- you just need to put something in place and work towards making it efficient over time.

How To Get Results •|•
Make the plan.
Plan to execute.
Execute the plan.
Results.
Don't switch things up last second because you weren't prepared. Own that shit.
Adjust if you have to but not because you lack conviction.

It's not that I don't feel my losses.. it's more that I have a familiarity with the pain that allows me to experience it in a way that doesn't sway my confidence.

Do everything with great effort. Commit to what you say you'll do and don't half-ass it.

There's a difference between being productive.. and being busy.
Do you manage your time efficiently?

Interest vs Commitment •|•
There's a difference between interest and commitment. When you're interested in doing something- you do it only when it's convenient. When you're committed to something- you accept no excuses. Only results.

It's important to work with purpose. If you have no intention - how can you work towards your goal efficiently?
Plan how you want to study, analyze and execute.

Results matter but if you optimize for the end goal, you win just once •|•
Rather, if you optimize for the process that leads to your outcomes, you will win again and again.

You know what's cooler than R...? •|•
...Actual percentage gained/lost.
Don't be one of those people risking next to nothing spamming entries on "burner accounts" for MT4 screenshots. Just put the work in and make some returns.

Habitual •|•
Everything we do as traders heavily revolves around our habits.
These habits, both, build confidence and cause our biggest issues.
Adjusting your habits is like turning your navigation on so you can reach your end goal.
#PhantomTradingFX
Rather than pushing for an end goal, where we’ll inevitably hit bumps along the way that may sway our conviction, we should build processes around how we reach each intersection on the way to the our end goal.

You can't just say you'll do it
You have to actually do it •|•
You can't just watch a piece on motivation, productivity or habit building. That "good" feeling is fleeting- you need to action it.
