How do they manage repeated field postings while peers sit sidelined?
Sources allege patronage at the top: lavish "gifts" & institutional favors keep Principal Heads of Department (#PHOD) compliant, ensuring the #rotational transfer policy remains paper-deep.

For such critical #PHOD appointments, track record must be non-negotiable:
* Proven delivery across JAG to SAG & SAG to PHOD levels
* Scrutiny of chronic decision delays or project bottlenecks
* Thorough review of past APARs/ACRs & written feedback from previous GMs

First it was self enrichment, luxury for self which #compromised ability of senior leadership of #IndianRailways to take prudent decisions. This has led inevitably to breeding of vulnerabilities which have now blossomed in to serious national level threats..

@Railwhispers @tnmishra111 @VijaiShanker5 @BureauChiefNCR @AmitJaitly5 @yatrisangh @Draps78 @khurpenchh Don't know why, over the past few days, a sudden increase in #PHOD transfer-posting is observed. Also, cancellations of transfer orders can be seen.
Rotations are strange:
Eg. CR<->WR, ER <-> SER, NR<->NCR<->NER<->RDSO , SWR<->SCR..
Ideal way-Group zones & transfer in diff. ones.
A good step taken by #MemberInfra, transferring CAO(C)/North/ECR and posting him CPD/SD/ECoR.
The way things were going in #ECR were concerning; major rotations in JAG/SAG/HAG posts are needed in every Zonal Railway.
As #PM is focusing on "Seva Sankalp", only #Rotation can help.
earned #PHOD & his Senior Depot Officer. When the matter was highlighted by #Railwhishpers, this officer was transferred to @SWRRLY by Railway Board.
It is alleged that huge sum is paid by him to highest level of officers, to get the cases withheld & to get GM posting..
@gm_nfr
All the #PHOD should #ensure that their promoted #supervisors should see #rotation
