๐ What are Pivot Points?
Pivot points are simple price levels that traders use to find likely support and resistance for the day. They're worked out from the previous day's High, Low and Close.
๐น Pivot (P) = (H + L + C) / 3
๐น Above P, buyers tend to have the upper hand. Below P, sellers do.
๐น R1, R2, R3 are resistance levels, where price may stall or see profit-booking.
๐น S1, S2, S3 are support levels, where price may bounce.
Example: #Nifty levels for 25 Sep (from 24 Sep H 23,282 / L 23,046 / C 23,063)
P 23,130 | R1 23,215 | S1 22,979
