Welcome to the #PlatformLab! Maria Iannucci, Director of Quality Control, uses PCR (polymerase chain reaction) to look for DNA strands in our beer & discover spoilage organisms. She can give the beer an "all clear" within 4 hours, allowing us to send out the freshest product!
