→ Revenue CAGR: 30%
→ PAT: ₹16 Cr to ₹30.9 Cr
→ PAT CAGR: 38.5%
→ RoE: 28.18%
→ RoCE: 26.38%
→ Debt to equity: just 0.31
Now here's the part most people missed:
The IPO is priced at 20 PE.
Its listed peers?
Alicon Castalloy: 31.49 PE
RICO Auto: 36.29 PE
Endurance Tech: 39.52 PE
Big valuation gap on paper.
Who came in as anchors:
Abakkus Venture Opportunities Fund took the largest anchor allocation.
Motilal Oswal Finvest, Hem Growth, Saint Capital and others also participated.
Where the money is going:
100% fresh issue. Nothing to promoters.
₹106 Cr goes into a new manufacturing plant near Pune, plus entry into magnesium casting.
But let's also talk about the risks, because they matter:
⚠️ Top 5 customers = 74.72% of revenue. Very high concentration.
⚠️ Aluminium price swings can hit margins. No long term fixed price supply contracts.
⚠️ Some historical ROC filings could not be traced. Regulatory risk.
⚠️ Zero prior experience in magnesium casting.
⚠️ 60% of revenue comes from Maharashtra alone.
