Central Laws come after the people who are creating the post-dated cheques. You can never try to redeem a post-dated cheque in Turkey before the date written on cheque. Currently post-cheques are delivered and paid by banks according to centralized laws.

#Postdated cheques and SENETS in Turkey are money creation by people in a decentralized manner. It works quite similar to banking with two major differences:
1. They do not carry interest/usury.
2. They circulate many times where bank credit exists only between borrower and bank
