1) exam centres in every district
2) flood situations are under control.
3) public transportation is fully functional.i.e railway,buses,metro
4) well formed and practical sop.

Utterly false impression is being created regarding postponement of #NEETJEE exams- that it would lead to a loss of an academic year! How ?A delay of one semester (400 class hours only),1extra class daily & half Saturday will cover this deficit in 33 weeks.@Swamy39 @DrRPNishank
Immunity is the only thing which would be out of syllabus for the #CLAT and #JEE_NEET exams, and not even a single student would be prepared for that.
