Yes, but if @UEFAcom changes to 4 groups of 8, you will still know the outcome and you will have more #DeadRubbers. It is time to abolish groups and use #PotsSystem, and analyze the best number of teams and matchdays.

Happened in @FIFAWWC with Spain and China, now happened in @UEFAUnder21. 0-0 that qualifies both sides. Can be avoided by implementing #PotsSystem

France and Romania Under-21s have played out a 0-0 draw, with no shots on target recorded in the entire match. Conveniently, both teams knew before the match that a point would take both through to the knockout stages.

Dead rubber stage is not a mandate from above. It's created because of using Groups and can be avoided if FIFA and other federations stop using groups. Adapting #PotsSystem for @FIFAWWC is easy. @LeandroShara @KeirRadnedge

For the first time, MatchVision's #PotsSystem would be used in an official international competition. 34 teams, 4 matchdays, ONE table - impossible with groups. Thank you @Concacaf @VicMontagliani for leading the change in world's football and sports

Under #PotsSystem in this example, each teams "controls" results of only 5%, so the chances to get into this situation are low from the beginning
