Q3I will stay active in PLCs, and deliver #focusedtraining I'd love every T to have a copy of #pracperf and #time is always a necessary commodity, and i'd like #trainings to be be focused and break down skills until they become automatic #polkteacherslead

A4 - Thankfully I have the resources I need for home visits and FB live but it's getting out of my comfort zone to do both. :) This is where I need to practice and get feedback from coworkers before going forward. #pracperf #PolkTeachersLead

A4- I think I would need some copies of #pracperf or teach like a champion, paper, and some online program that would allow us to digitalize our feedback and document it over the course of the year. #polkteacherslead

A3- my first concrete step in finding 4 "school teachers" would be to pursue potential "hires," seeking t's that are positive when responding to feedback. I must first consider the practice I want those hires to demonstrate #polkteacherslead #pracperf

A2- I agree with the text, that if we stay as classroom teachers discipline cannot be implemented. Teachers that focus only on their own students miss the bigger picture of student learning. #polkteacherslead #pracperf

@BDAgostinelli @2017FLTOY I think this is one of hardest things to do is having your coworkers observe. Loved Rule 32 in #pracperf about breaking down the barriers to practice. #PolkTeachersLead
