#PracticalMMT. What if non-profit Public Banks could trade to the FED, as collateral, Public Assets (for example, a nationally owned Affordable Housing Unit) for new Reserves (fiat dollars) which would then be used to build the Affordable Housing Unit? https://t.co/J3B65Bh6pw
