An intense courtroom drama. Rajkummar Rao impresses as Ujjwal Nikam,
While the actor playing Kasab delivers a chilling performance.
Gripping throughout, though the pacing could have been tighter. 🔥 #PrahaarReview

FINAL VERDICT – An average courtroom drama that revisits a painful and overstretched topic.
@mrcinemaaa RATING – 2.5/5
PS: We’ve already seen too many well-made and bad films on the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks, so we do not want the same to be repeated again & again.
PLUS POINTS –
* Rajkumar Rao's Performance
* Lalit Prabhakar’s Performance
* Jaideep Ahlawat & Sikandar’s Performances
* Few Engaging Courtroom Sequences
* Kasab's Confession & Nikam's Closing Speech
* Good Background Score
* Cinematography & Production Values
MINUS POINTS –
* Weak Screenplay With Uneven Narrative
* Emotional Beats Don’t Hit Hard
* Underdeveloped Wamiqa Gabbi’s Character
* Few Unwanted Subplots
* Dull Middle Portions
* Few Unconvincing Lines

My biggest fear about this courtroom drama came true. I still had a seriously good time.

Watched 'Prahaar' last night. While watching the movie There was a scene that made me cry.
The Testimony of a little girl in the courtroom, who identified the Ajmal Kasab as accused. She lost her mother in the firing at CST Station.

#PrahaarTheUjjwalNikamStory is absolutely a hagiography, but it's a hagiography that maintains the illusion of having blemishes that, in hindsight, reveal themselves to be little more than crafty cosmetics.

#PrahaarReview what an outstanding movie, cried, smiled, laughed. When the interval came I was disappointed like no no no please continue 😭. The entire cast delivered the kind of performance where you genuinely forget the actor and only see the character. Ofcourse @RajkummarRao
Massive Milestone for Indian Cinema to make a film like #Prahaar on 26/11 🤌🏻 Rajkummar Rao at his absolute best 😭🔥 powerful commanding razor sharp. Every scene a reminder of why he is one of the FINEST actors working in India today #PrahaarReview
Our Marathi Superstar has officially proved that he is a FABBB ACTOR 🙌🏻 Lalit Prabhakar genuinely made me uncomfortable EVERY time he was on screen 😭 and that is exactly what it means to play Kasab. What an incredibly difficult role to pull off. #PrahaarReview
RAJKUMMAR RAO HAS DELIVERED A MASTERCLASS! 🤯🔥 #Prahaar courtroom scenes will give you literal goosebumps. Pure cinematic fire! 🎬🇮🇳

#Prahaar is POWERFUL! Based on the trial of 26/11's Kasab, film has solid screenplay. Courtroom drama is filled with great dialogues & engaging arguments. Good to see the legal side of the incident driven with great performances & writing & solid BGM too!

A WELL-RESEARCHED FILM AND AN OUT-AND-OUT WORD-OF-MOUTH WINNER! 🔥
Brilliant writing. Brilliant acting. Brilliant execution. Three things that rarely come together this seamlessly. #Prahaar delivers on all three, and it shows in every single frame! 💯 #PrahaarReview

#Review: For viewers who enjoy real life legal dramas driven by performances and conviction, the film offers a solid cinematic experience and an ever-dependable Rajkummar Rao.

RATING - ⭐⭐
TARDE VERDICT - It will LOSE money for #DineshVijan & @MaddockFilms 👎
#JaideepAhlawat has just a few scenes in the first half of #Prahaar..... but he is the BEST thing about the film. The gifted actor spews FIRE with his electrifying presence and has completely OVERSHADOWED an otherwise competent @RajkummarRao.
In fact, #RajkummarRao is quite underwhelming as a main lead actor in most of the confrontational scenes. His act looks more rehearsed than natural.
Dialogues are a plus but the staging of courtroom scenes lack depth.
Writing is decent but screenplay isn't water-tight. It lacks tension & focus.
On the whole, PRAHAAR is a TEDIOUS court-room courtroom which is will go UNNOTICED at the box-office.
#PrahaarTheUntoldStoryofUjjwalNikam: Avinash Arun's film follows the events that led to the prosecution of the sole terrorist captured alive, who was involved in one of the deadliest terror attacks in Mumbai #RajkummarRao #Prahaar #Prahaarreview

#PrahaarReview :- STRICTLY AVERAGE !
Rating :- ⭐️⭐️
#Prahaar has been watched yesterday and its quite an AVERAGE ATTEMPT on 26/11 as makers failed to show the required IMPACT that was needed for a Ujjwal Nikam’s BIOPIC. Plus it constantly BORES you every 10 mins, so boring that it will test your patience.
The 1st half of the Film takes time to set up, there are some SOLID BLOCKS, specially the pre-interval scene, but that is all that you may see in the 1st half. Plus in the 2nd half, just after the Interval and the climax are good, rest all the shots are pretty average. It could have been better if the runtime had been less, at least the impact would have been more than this.
Not many will agree here, but you need to watch it to understand. Just like #Srikanth, I didn’t even like the ACTING of #RajKummarRao, as he is irritating and his accent irritates you. So @RajkummarRao is just about average. Plus his Box-Office pull is so negligible, I wonder how he is getting films.. #WamiqaGabbi’s role was good for nothing as she doesn’t have anything to do👎🏻
The Direction & Screenplay are average or decent, they definitely tried hard and it is visible in many sequences which really stand out.. like there are Three scenes, but are these three scenes enough for a good movie? Nah ..not at all !!
Overall, it’s a STRICTLY AVERAGE FILM and kinda OTT TYPE FILM that you should avoid in Cinema halls and wait for the OTT to give it a try. Save your money and thank me later🙏🏻
