Today in 1985 ‘The Screams Of Passion’ was released as the debut single of The Family. Check out the #PrinceTwitterThread that @RhondaNicole_ wrote as part of our The Family thread series in 2021.
On this day in 1989, Prince released the soundtrack to Tim Burton's Batman.
It contains the hit singles Batdance, Electric Chair, Scandalous and Partyman.
Partyman was inspired by Prince's meeting with Jack Nicholson on the film set. 🥳💜
