The first three #PrinciplesOfRobotics correct #AsimovsLaws with humans not robots responsible. In general the OECD #PrinciplesOfAI replicate & extennd the PoR, but the OECD (& EU) can’t talk about executive force, only states regulate that. (& military alliances eg NATO 2/3)

I should say there are SOME important differences, and I do hope to publish something soon on some important improvements made not only here, but also in a paper by @Floridi & colleagues a year or two ago, and by the @eu's HLEG. #AIEthics #principlesofai
