A thread on my cloud lines
This is how I derive at my cloud levels that I use for #Futurestrading. I post these cloud levels every Sunday for the following week. I mostly trade level to level in $ES_F and $NQ_F, but these cloud lines, IMHO, work well on any futures product or indices. You will not find cloud lines anywhere else on the internet.
I will be posting a couple short videos (in comment section) where I go thru my process to draw the lines for NQ for next week. they are incredible easy to draw.
I typically post a 1M chart every day to show you how price action did around the lines, and it amazes me every day.
I do not share my strategy on how I trade, but feel free to use the levels on how you see fit. The more time you spent with them the more confidence you will gain.

Premarket - $nq_f Back to testing the line in the sand at $19944.15 (most action premarket) - keep an eye on 19840 as well. Fridays are about 1-2 solid trades and get ready for next week! #profcloudlines
Here are few things I look for:
1. It has to be a line that has a big flat part of the cloud - therefore the yellow bold.
2. It needs to be an area of previous support or resistance.
3. typically you will see a lot of action at such a line in AH or Premarket. The magnet lines typically can last 2-5 days.
4. New price structure should be established for confirmation.
5. Experience/feel/indicators
For example, Premarket had a lot of action at 19944 (yellow bold Line - largest flat period of cloud within current price structure), previous demand zone 3/27, but before I declare that a magnet, I need to see a retest of that line especially since we had a nice run up and that is where feel or experience comes in. As of now, 19944 is the level I would be watching to develop into my line in the sand, but the news and new price structure first needs to play out. A Line in the sand only really works when we are in a compression (chop) day.
Here are few things I look for:

the lines were posted yesterday afternoon on $ES_F. This is price action from overnight.
These cloud lines were drawn last Monday. Look at how price-action pauses at each line, but sells straight down without pause once the compression or pause was broken, only to pause again at the next line. These kevels are insane!!! $SPY #Profcloudlines
