Finally got an excuse to do some @nanopore seq. Noticed that the loading recommendations increased from 10-20 to 35-50 fmol. Below is the pore occupancy at -~20 fmol. Decided to save the DNA for another time. Low input works just fine no need to waste your precious sample 😉
