Breaking: Exposed - UK Foreign Office Plot To Scupper Deportations: Thousands of illegal, unfettered entities flood into the UK on a daily basis. The reason being disclosed from a new government memo, leaked to @Telegraph. The communication shows clearly that the UK Foreign Office conspired to have Rwanda rejected from a list of countries earmarked for “offshore” processing of asylum-seekers deported from the UK.
They also raised concerns that sending asylum seekers to Rwanda could anger Commonwealth partners. Civil servants warned that any scheme could result in “potentially significant” challenges under the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR) and raised questions over the legality of the plans.
The revelation comes ahead of crunch parliamentary votes today when Rishi Sunak will seek to secure approval for his Safety of Rwanda Bill by forcing the Lords and Commons to sit until they agree to the plans.
