submitted my PSA bulk order back in December (20th), they didn't "receive" it until 2-6. Shipped 9-16. @ time of sub - expected wait was 85 biz days. Order took154. Manger promised me a voucher - they sent me $20 voucher on 142 card order. #PSASUCKS #SMH #BS @sgcgrading
