Indiana used to classify felonies as A/B/C/D. Since 2014: Level 1 → Level 6, with Level 6 the least serious felony. Why does that matter to Public Question #1? The proposed constitutional wording is not limited only to the highest felony levels. #PublicQuestion1 #Indiana
