Find some land. Sign an ‘option to acquire’ with easy exit clauses. Pay $125k for option.
Nov 2022 - release presentation with fancy images, diagrams and maps declaring your first major step towards building and operating #hydrogen hubs on the east coast of Australia on the new land you ‘might’ acquire on your journey to becoming a major world player.
Feb 2023 - announce to market a partnership with another already linked ‘questionable’ entity for a convertible note funding arrangement for $3.2m at 12% p.a.
Either convert debt to shares and unload on market or sit back and receive 12% interest on the debt.
November 2023 - announce to market that you aren’t going to proceed with option to acquire land which confirms you won’t be proceeding with the company changing, world leading, hydrogen hub for some bullsh!t reason.
This company is total #Fluff 🤡 RUN!
