Highly sucessful sampling of long cores for the #PYREPEAT project. The Pyrennes were dressed in autumn colours and the weather was excellent! But the best part was the company!! Thanks Aaron Perez @violeta_mrt, @apelachs Pep Ninot Olga Margalef Marta Escuer

Happy #WorldPeatland Day!!!! Here an illustration I made to start our #Pyrepeat project, where we want to undestand how grazing and climate change affect C storage and GHG emissions in pyrenean peatlands. Next week, I go up for some sampling!!! Exciting!!!!!

Sampling for our #PYREPEAT project starts today!!! Main objective: collecting #peat cores from the catalan pyrenees to evaluate how these mires accumulate #carbon. How they will respond to warming and overgrazing? Keep tuned! (New drawing for my series #fieldworkcolours )
